The Naso Gastric & Tracheostomy Teaching Torso is a 3-dimensional, 2-sided hand-painted torso. One side, covered with a transparent cap, shows the sagittal section including the nose, mouth, pharynx, trachea, esophagus, lungs and stomach. The other side depicts the human torso for teaching the proper method of measuring the NG tube's length. This torso also features a tracheostomy to demonstrate a variety of care techniques.

The torso allows practice of the following procedures: NG tube insertion, irrigation, monitoring and removal, Gastric lavage and gavage, Tracheostomy care and suctioning.
